Job Description
1.Manage large amounts of incoming calls to call customers & explain the projects features & , services on the interested clients on the online inquiries generated on property sites such as magic bricks, etc.
2.Generate leads & meet the target of enquirer generated telephonically.
3.Follow-up with the customers & convince the clients to visit site office.
identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
4.Coordinate with sales & marketing department for the final closure of leads and post sales.
5.Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. handle complaints,provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
6.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. 7.follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
