Job Description
We are looking for Telecallers with minimum 3 months - 2 years experience in outbound calling for our India business (OYE) in Chennai location (Freshers can apply as well).

Responsibilities and Duties
- Engage in handling calls from customers for Oye loan process
- Involved in preparing reports and feed data in MS-Excel, MS-Word and creating Dashboards.
- Collecting supporting documents from vendors and confirm that all submitted documentation is accurate
- Upload the collected documents in the tool.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 3 months - 2 years of experience in Outbound calling
- Freshers can apply as well
- Experience in Financial Services Industry is an added advantage
- Should have either worked in Sales or Collections of Personal Loans /Credit Cards
- Candidates without relevant experience but with good communication and interested in entering into sales or collection profile can apply as well
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi
