- Candidate will be the part of key team
- Their basic role is to call the property seekers who has responded in our site and various other marketing sources.
- Have to identify the potential property buyers by their conversation
- Once identified have to attract potential buyers by recommending and educating information about the builders projects who is registered with us as an paid builders
- have to capture buyers requirement promptly with nil errors
- should maintain good rapport with user in terms of satisfying his needs by keeping the' Home buyers first' concept in the mind.
- whatever the conversion given by them will directly impact in revenue, but they will not face any revenue oriented target which is an high advantage.Requirement:
- Should have at least 6 months of calling experience
- Good communication and soft skill
- Multilingual preferred(Hindi,Tamil)
- Should have proper job stability without any break in career( Break can be considered incase if it was of genuine case
