Responsibilities And Duties
A Telecaller works in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and must be willing to take initiative to lead conversion and follow up. Telecaller duties include the following:
· AR Product sales support,
· Get leads from Big accounts,
· Outsourcing of Digital labels,
· Leads to business conversion,
· Coordinating with supplier and customer,
· Place phone calls to potential clients
· Answer potential clients questions about Augmented Reality Products,
· Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
· Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times,
· Any Diploma or Degree holder,
· 1+ yrs of experience in Telemarketing,
· Willingness to learn about Augmented reality Products,
· Excellent phone manner and articulation,
· Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power,
· Fluent in English,
