Job responsibilities will be to take orders for an e-commerce company.
- Handle customer related queries.
- To get orders through Tele calling and handling different customers.
- To attend both inbound and outgoing calls.
- Should have proficient knowledge in the internet, E mails,MS office especially ms excel will be preferred most.
- Should be able to attract a different category of customers through attractive offers.
- Should be able to handle official paperwork along with computer operation.
- The candidate should have the skills to handle customer complaints.
