- Take charge of the jagograhakjago.com consumer helpline for complaint redressal
- Take up activities such as educating consumers through awareness campaigns on our social media handles as well as conduct regular interactions on Facebook and Twitter.
- Coming up with new redressal mechanisms/ models for consumer protection
- Managing backend data and creating weekly and monthly reports
- Touching base with companies to facilitate speedy redressal
- Connecting with potential donors as well as working on proposals
- Take up other research work, data analytics as well as administrative tasks
