Job Description
Tele Marketing Executive :
Role & Responsibilities :
- Marketing/Tele-Marketing company products by providing true, accurate and complete information regarding company products to all prospective customers
- Convincing prospective customers to attend the presentation / convince for the meeting for membership at ZOI Holidays
- Reporting to the office as communicated by supervisors.
- Timely and accurate submission of all prospects/ customer related reports to supervisor and as and when asked by seniors.
- Well Groomed & formally dressed when in the office / venue.
- Courteous and gentle behaviour when dealing prospective customers on telephone or when in meeting.
- Following the code of conduct laid down by the company
- Responsible and timely maintaining the reports and data.
- Treat all the prospects respectfully irrespective of their intention or decision to buy the product/wiling to attend presentation / meeting or not.
- Achieve minimum 36 qualified meeting / appointments as per the criteria communicated in writing or verbally by supervisor / seniors.
- No smoking or alcohol during work hours.
