Job Description
- The role of the Telecaller involves contacting non existing and existing customers and focusing on sales.
- We have vacancies for this position in New Delhi.
- Generating new business leads through appropriate proposition and ethical sales methods
- Maximise outbound calls to their potential, proactively booking all customers to 100% of target;
- Booking meetings with prospective clients on behalf of our sales team;
- Optimising quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction;
- Adhering to all compliance and quality standards;
- Communicating and liaising with customers using appropriate methods, for development of profitable business and sustainable relationships;
- Overcoming all customer objections;
- Having the ability to ask the correct questions in terms of establishing the customers current circumstances and needs;
- Use all information gathered to find the right product and services that best fits the customers needs;
- Ability to build excellent rapport with the customer to establish needs and secure their business;
- Communicating clearly and professionally to ensure the customer fully understands the process;
- Maintaining a positive and determined mind set at all times;
- Ensuring profound listening and communication skills to ensure excellent customer satisfaction;
- To gather ideas and methods to improve sales within the team and department as a whole and feedback this information to the Team Manager;
