- Job Role: Customer Care Executive/ Telesales Executive (Voice Process) for a call centre in North Delhi(Azadpur).
- International process for a telecom company in Dubai
- Day shifts from 11:30-8:30.
- Skills: Good communication skills, comfortable making phone calls in English.
- Experience: Fresher or 6 months of experience in calling.
- Salary: 8k-15k per month.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Answer questions about products/services of the company.
- Handle grievances to preserve the Company's reputation
