Job Description
Purpose of call – should have a clear idea before making the call to a person or any organization.
2. Persistent in work – the more persistent the more successful you will be at work.
3. Permission to speak – after the introduction process, must ask the person whether they are willing to spare some of their time to talk to us.
4.Set up an appointment – if the person is busy, and then ask for the right time to call him.
5. Preparation of questions – to gather maximum information from the person, you must prepare a list of questions in priority order.
6. Control talking speed – should speak very fast because the customer cannot fully understand.
7. Closing the call – should finish the call with a thanking note for sparing time.
Telecaller roles and responsibilities include providing service to their customers or solve their queries either by making a call or attending one. Telecaller job profile should have an energetic & outgoing attitude, excellent listening skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
