Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and audit cases according to checklist
Call the stakeholders and clarify ambiguous situations
Make decisions on required action according to the quality of report
Escalate matters as and when required
REQUIREMENTS:
Past experience in telecalling.
Attention to detail.
Diligent and ethical nature required.
Excellent communication skills and convincing power.
A regional language proficiency is a plus.
- Good oral communication skills needed. Kannada Must
- Any other language apart from Hindi and English a plus
