Job Description:
1. Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources
2. To fix up appointments with prospective customers
3. Ensure that the maximum number of appointments should be made for a month Scheduling appointment for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
4. Retention percentage should be monitored on a regular basis
5. Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales
Professional Skill Requirements:
• Good communication skills and Convincing Power
• Fluent in Hindi Language
• Should be able to work with a Team
• Making telephonic calls to the target audience and pitching them
- Ability to manage a complex workload and prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail
• Experience: 1-5 years (Freshers can also apply)
