Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for B2B lead generation across UAE
- Responsible for coordinating with the prospects to verify and or retrieve the required information
- Qualify leads based on the defined criteria
- Setting up an appointment for further sales meeting
- Identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers.
- Maintaining accurate information of the customer records
- Achieving daily targets in terms of no. of calls, lead qualification & setting up appointments
Knowledge & Skills:
- Candidate should have excellent communication skills, preferably having worked in a call centre earlier and good command over English, Hindi and Arabic.
- Neutral Accent is required.
- Target oriented person with good convincing power
- 1 to 3 years of Experience in Outbound/Inbound call centre will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work in a challenging environment.
- Should be a team player.
- Candidate should be good at Computers.
