Job Description
- To call the candidates and ask about them, check their communication skills.
- Put the candidates in different categories “A B C”
- ‘A’ candidates will directly go to the interview.
- Inform the team leader about the number of ‘A’ category candidates.
- Inform the consoler and trainer about ‘B’ category candidates.
- Each tele caller has to call at least 90 candidates per day.
- Update the software with candidate information.
- Upload all the call recordings on server with date wise folders.
- Send the call recordings of the ‘A’ category candidates to the team leaders.
