Responsibilities and Duties

Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
Respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available resources (Internal systems)
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues to Team Lead
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs
Responsible for out-bound sales calls.
Explain services, prices, and answer questions from customers.
Manage client referrals and process as appropriate.
Engaging positively with prospective customers to ensure an understanding of products and services & maintaining an adequate lead to conversion rate.
Identifying customer needs effectively in order to maximize all sales opportunities and explain added value services
Able to generate new business and close deals in shortest time possible
Provide sales support to team as required.
