- Complete Client Onboarding using KYC Guidelines
- Ensure prompy service to resolve on Onboarding issues for new clients
- Needs to handle additional adhoc work given by reporting head
- Following approval mechanism for client clearance
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all customers via Call only
- Handle customer queries through calls only
- Maintaining appropriate data of daily tasks based on the tools provided
- Assist with various special projects as needed
