Job Summary
The opening is for Telecalling cum Tele Marketing Position for digital marketing, books, periodicals and various other products
Responsibilities and Duties
- Call up customers to inform regarding promotional offers.
- Call up customers for subscription renewals.
- Call up customers for new subscriptions.
- Call up customers to ensure delivery of products.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Entry Level to 1 Year Experience (Preferred)
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Additional knowledge in Hindi and Marathi would be preferable however the same is not mandatory.
- Work hours: Monday to Saturday : 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
- Training and Mentoring shall be provided.
- Incentives shall be provided based on performance.
