Tele-marketing Executive
Location at Head Office, Cochin

Roles and Responsibilities

Should take care of customer service.
Identify prospective customers, along with their needs and convert them to premium customers.
Timely follow up and closing the leads
Forwarding leads to customer relationship team whenever required.

Essentials

1-3 years experience in tele marketing, or customer service or customer support.
Excellent communication skill, listening skills
Linguistics - Malayalam and English
Self driven and positive attitude.
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. Candidate should be fluent in Malayalam Language.
