Job Description
- Ridhima Enterprise is an IT based company based in Barasat since 2011.
- Along with IT we are also into Market Research,Lead Generation and Survey,we have both International and Domestic clients hence we have both International and Domestic process running in the organization with Voice and Non-Voice department.
- After laying its hand on IT and Market Research we have also opened up E-Commerce business with two website(containing Indian Ethnic Apparels,Home Decor and Books) running actively int the market both for International and Domestic customers.
- Now as we are on the verge of expansion so we are extending our main mother and Captive process which is International IT Sales and Support.
- We require 20 IT Sales and Support Executives for International Voice Process.
- We require candidates with basic communication in English and also with basic Computer Knowledge along with Smart thinking.Training will be provided for 1 month for freshers.
- Both Male and Female candidates can apply.
- We have morning and Day shifts with fixed Sunday off.
- For the training period a stipend will be given to the candidates of Rs 5000/ and on successful completion of training the salary will be fixed which will be based on the performance of the training and that would range from Rs 8,000-Rs 10,000
- Apart from Fixed Salary there are performance based monthly Incentives and also Rewards and Recognition for Employee of the month.
- Looking forward for candidates who are ambitious and wants to earn huge and wants to grow.
