Job Description
- Telemarketers are the Office Staff of our Company’s Marketing Team, who deal with clients indirectly.
- They are responsible for making leads through telephonic conversations.
- They have to perform the back end follow-ups, documentation and emailing etc for assisting the Marketing Executives on route .
- So they have to just work from the office for generating leads for the company by introducing our services and products to the clients using their marketing tactics.
- Passionate, Self motivated, Smart, Active & Vibrant Females preferable
- Have Monthly Target to achieve
- Responsible for initiating calls.
- Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of company’s products and services
- Should be able to generate leads via cold calling, telephone calls, emails etc.
- Must have telephone skills and a professional voice.
- Telemarket company products and services to acquire new clients.
- Should have good mannerism while communicating with the clients.
- Must have patience, positive attitude and excellent customer handling skills during these calls.
- Able to listen, identify a need, and offer a solution to potential customers
- Focus on lead increase.
- Fix client appointments for marketing executives on the route.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team on the route.
- Identify business opportunities and target markets.
- Identify new sales opportunities by the effective customer and market analysis.
- Get connected with customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
- Handle documentation process for assisting marketing executives on the route.
- Manage leads by properly handling follow-ups.
- Assist backend documentation preparation and emailing for marketing executives on the route.
- Pass business leads to the appropriate sales channel.
- Create a loyal relationship with existing and new clients by identifying their needs.
- Provide excellently Customer Service
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
- Prepare Reports on sales activities to superiors
- Build an accurate and effective database of current and potential clients.
- Telecalling skills are required
- Should have strong Verbal Communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Internet Proficiency
- Excellent follow up skills
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
