We are hiring for our company the position of Tele caller.
Exp: Minimum 6month –Maximum 4years above( Tele Calling line)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Attending all Incoming / Outgoing Calls and keeping a track of the same and Making Entries of all Incoming and Outgoing Mails and Queries
- Conversing through Data Calling, chat and prospective students walk-in.
- To handle customers through phones with Pleasing Personality &Convincing Skills.
- Handling queries over telephone and Converting leads into Walk-ins
- Excellent coordination with customers
- Follow up and communication with customers
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
