About the Job
Selected Telecallers day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Follow up with Customer wherever necessary
2. Answering questions about products or the company
3. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and closing sales
Skill(s) required • Kannada Proficiency (Spoken) or Tamil Proficiency (Spoken) • English Proficiency (Spoken)
4. Manage Details of all calls made in a CRM Software
