| Telecaller check point |
- Start making calls at 10 am.
- Call entire collected data on the next day of collection and update the same in CRM application.
- Verify all the details collected by promoter.
- Rectify the details if finds error.
- Need to check the collected pictures of the site.
- Once the entire data is verified and corrected then only assign to the respective distributor.
- Need to talk with promoters about their error and if it is repeated then escalate the things on mail.
- Need to find out the fake entries and escalate if finds.
