Job Description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product/service.
- Answer questions about products/service.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Prospect generation from the leads.
- Convert prospect to opportunity by providing information and solving queries.
- Close the deal from Opportunity using negotiation skills.
- Enter & update customer information in the database.
- Handle grievances and escalate it to line manager for further action.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet Target and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls & sales and note useful information.
