Tele Calling Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Delivers prepared sales talks
- Contacts businesses or private individuals through phones
- Explains product or services and prices, and answers questions from customers
- Obtains customer information like name, address, payment mode, etc
- Records all customer details
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers
- Schedule appointments with the clients
- Obtain names of various clients from sources like telephone directory, magazine reply cards, etc
- Conduct client and market surveys
- Maintain all the records
