Job Description

  • Excellent Communication & Convincing Skill.
  • Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously In An Organized Way - Lead Generation, Pitching, Explaining Products, Sending Proposals And Fixing Appointments, Keeping Track Of All Leads, Convincing Leads, Leads Can Be Anywhere In India.
  • Follow-up with the customers & convince the clients to visit site office or the corporate office for further queries.
  • Basic computer knowledge to post ads in real estate portal.
  • Coordinate with sales & marketing department for the final closure of leads.
  • Making Outbound Calls.
  • Handling Customer Queries.
  • Ability to provide project information verbally, clearly and effectively.
  • Strong drive to cold call and hunt for new opportunities at new clients.
  • She Would Be Required To Maintain Good Relations With The Existing Clients As Well As Develop New Ones.
  • Calling corporate clients/Rigorous Follow up on the provided data bank.
  • Providing property Information to the Clients over email and phone.
  • Submitting Daily Status Report of the work to the respective head of the company.
  • Tele Calling On The Leads Provided By The Company.
  • Working On A Daily Target Of Fixing Appointments With Clients For Different Team Members.
  • Should have working Knowledge Of Computer (Word, Excel), Internet.
