Job Description
PeopleConnext is hiring Telecallers for one of its clients.
Responsibilities:
· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and services
· Understand the customer’s requirements and help them by answering their queries
· Work with sales team and direct prospects as and when required
· Maintain the customer database
Requirements:
· Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
Work Location : Sector 3, Noida
Timings : 11:00 AM - 7 PM
