Job Description

Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies.
Influences customers to take services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and information.
Completes talk by recording names, addresses, and other detail of customers required for file process.
Forward clients detail to allotted team leader and take suggestion and confirmation for file process.
Time to time follow up from team leader for older files.
Secures information by completing data base backups.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
