Job Description
- Make Cold calls to prospective buyers in India
- B2B Lead generation
- Make customer understand the benefits and value proposition of the product/services offered. (Benefit Selling)
- Make maximum calls in order to get better and faster right party connects.
- Achieve the Leads target on daily/monthly basis
- Strictly work as per Quality Parameters to ensure process stability.
- Inquiry follow up & Appointment Generation.
- Script making & deciding minimum criteria for Enquiry Qualification
- Working on multiple Enquiry Generation Projects simultaneously
- Update result of conversation on excel sheet
- Maintain customer database in given prescribed format.
- Drive Quality improvements, process improvements, business system enhancements and process standardization projects.
