Job Description
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Greet website visitors & customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures & wordings.
- Handling sales and service calls for UK based financial company
- Understand customer requirements
- Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs.
- Directly responsible to generate the revenue
- Help the customers to complete the user journey in order to receive the financial products.
- Support customers across different Financial Products & Services.
- Take multiple Inbound Calls of prospective business customers, qualify the leads and explain type of service or product offered.
