- To make Out bound Calls from new leads / Database assigned by the Team
- Fixing appointments, Follow-up & Interaction with customers, Handling customer enquiries about Personal Loan
- Understand the Profile of the customer and requirements and facilitate Personal Loan to the customers with a suitable Bank
- Need to maintain regular follow up with the existing customers to build sales volume
- To manage all documentation requirements of customers for Loan facilitation
- Potential to develop cross selling activities on Home Loan, Auto Loan, Mortgage Loan and Business Loans
- To act as a Team Player to accomplish individual and Team Targets
