About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Communicating with customers through chats, emails, or calls to resolve their concerns and queries within a predefined TAT
2. Helping customers improve their experience by relaying feedback and escalating performance issues
3. Examining and monitoring customer engagement metrics and identifying issues and bottlenecks in existing processes
