About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Place phone calls to potential clients (NGOs) and explain the product or services
2. Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
3. Answer potential clients' questions about our digital platform
4. Strive towards achieving targets
5. Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates' schedules
6. Record customer details, including reaction to the product or services offered
7. Communicate any problems, concerns, or questions to supervisory staff
8. Refer clients' concerns or complaints to the supervisor for quality control
9. Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
