Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Counsel potential Students over a call to inform them about a product and help them in making better career decisions.
*Answer questions about our products or the company
Any domestic outbound or telesales experience required
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
*Selling Membership over the phone
*Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
*Providing the right customer experience
Telecaller Requirements:
*High school diploma or equivalent.
*Prior experience as a Telecaller or similar.
*Superb verbal communication.
Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
*Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
