Job Description

Role: Telecoverage Specialist

Experience: 0- 6 months

Location: Baghmane Tech Park CV Ramanagar, Bangalore

Designation: As per the SAP Band structure

Offered salary: 6 Lacs p.a.

Job Overview:

This role is designed to support the respective teams by providing them with accurate, qualified and cleansed accounts for them to then target.
These net new accounts will then be fed into the respective channels such as business development partners, marketing nurture campaigns and the Market Development Representatives to subsequently build pipeline from.

Responsibilities:

Qualify and cleanse a greenfield database by removing duplicate / insolvent accounts and qualifying real accounts for future opportunities
Undertake contact build and customer data tele-cleansing activities
Undertake customer profiling exercise through tele-interviewing of contacts to build market intelligence on customer infrastructure, decision making processes etc
Using profiling skills such as calling, extensive internet research and Linkedin searches to qualify contacts and accounts
Develop and maintain good understanding of clients business and products
Develop strong working relationships with appropriate marketing and sales partners.
Identify and uncover opportunities with prospect accounts to feed into the sales team

To accomplish the above you need to:

Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and have high energy.
Must be motivated by cold calling, asking probing questions and gathering information.
Must be a team player with strong initiative, excellent PC skills and ability to quickly build extensive knowledge of Concur’s product offerings and that of competitors
Experience in a telesales or inside sales role
Demonstrate history of achieving and exceeding sales targets / goals
Experience working in a target-driven environment with particular focus on customer satisfaction and quality
Excellent communication, organizational and customer services kills
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and comfortable in outbound calling

Required criteria:

We would look at 2015 or 2016 Graduates with good academic background (60% and above marks scored in 10th, 12th and Graduation)
Preferable in Marketing or Business administration from good colleagues
Available to join us Jan 2017
No masters or MBA ‘s
0 -6 months experience in tele marketing or target related roles
