Work with other internal department/teams (Technical , Marketing , Finance) to resolve customer queries/issues to meet customer satisfaction/service levels.
Collect & Communicate market/competition information and implement business development initiatives.
Communicating with the higher authorities of companies and Govt. organisations.
otivating the team in achieving the laid targets.
Expansion of business by establishing business process in other places. Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in any business web portals.
Intensive knowledge in Cold calling , Market Research.
Optimistic in nature , Challenge taker , willing to travel.
Good Leader ship skills , communication skills , Interpersonal skills.
