Telephone Operator /1 Post

Qualification: (1) Intermediate, from a Recognized Board, (2) (a) ITI in Telephone Operation.; or (b) Certificate of one month duration from the District Tele-Communication Training Centre, General Manager, Telephone, Indian Posts and Telegraph Department in the operation of private branch exchange switch boards. (3) Minimum three years experience in managing Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange and local trunk lines. (4) Ability to communicate in Hindi and any other Indian Language. (5) Working knowledge of English. Desirable: (I) Ability to communicate fluently in English. (ii) Ability to sit for extended periods of time. (iii) Ability to handle all types of situations with diplomacy and politeness.

Programmer /1 Post

Qualification: (a) (i) Master's degree In statistics / Mathematics with statistics / Operational research / Physics, or Economics with Statistics / Commerce with Statistics, or Degree In Engineering / Computer Science of a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) 3 years experience of Electronic Data processing work induding experience of collator operation, or 2 years of experience of Data networking work including 1 year experience of Unit Record system (tabular or accounting machine, collator, etc., or (b) (I) Bachelor degree in Mathematics with statistics / Physics, Statistics / Commerce with statistics / Economics with statistics from a recognized university or equivalent. (ii) 4 years experience of electronic data processing work including computer operation, or 4 years experience of data processing work including 2 years experience of unit record system (tabular or accounting machine, collator, etc.) Desirable:  Formal training in computer programming / operation, (2) Knowledge of one or more of the programming languages.
