- Job Post Title : TeleSales Executive
Responsibilities include:
- Reaching out the clients that came and did registrations on our website through calls/chat/emails.
- Will be responsible to generate sales from the registration coming on our website.
- Delivery of the desired login hours, talk time and time on system as per the campaign requirement.
- Achieving the daily and monthly goals set and decided by the company.
- To maintain the complete record of all the follow ups created by the candidate.
- Must ensure to keep close follow-up on prospects and maintain desired conversion ratio.
- Must possess good verbal & written Communication Skills.
- Should be persuasive and initiative taking.
- A confident and determined approach.
- Self-motivation and drive.
- Should have strong convincing skills.
- A competitive streak.
- Training and Probation period: 2 Months
