- Ability to approach any situation with patience and understanding
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills Must
- 1-2 years experience of counseling (Telesales) or related field

- Interact with prospective students through various communication channels and convert them into confirmed applications.
- To develop and uphold a positive working association with the students
- Maintain a thorough database of all communications and provide continuous feedback.
- Provide right information to students
- Eligibility verification of applicants
- Helping students to complete the admission process
