Job Summary
One of a leading NGO from Delhi looking for Female with good communication skill .
To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales and positively contribute to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibility:
- Being updated on new products and services.
- Provide customer support to website visitors over the phone and
email
- Establish relationships with new and returning customers through
phone and email outreach and assist them with purchasing offered packages
- Salary: INR 1,25,000 -
1,75,000 P.A. Incentives Based on Monthly Target Achievement
- Retention percentage should be monitored on regular basis.
- A maximum number of appointments should be given to the sales
executives.
- Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/
secondary data sources
- Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
- Can work from home too
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate should be able to achieve targets, add advantage to be
a Web designer
