Job description-Telesales Executive
- Lead generation
- Dealing with enquiries - receive and record information from in-bound calls from prospective customers.
- To convert enquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls.
- Cold calling, contacting existing customers and new prospects to sell products
- Follow-up Out-bound calling to leads in coordination with Business Development Team.
- Maintain detailed record in the Sales Management System.
- Maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
- Experience required: 0-3 years of work experience in as a Tele calling
- Qualification Required: Graduate
Skills required:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
- Creative, self- motivated, persuasive, persistence, Ambitious, Keen learner.
- Personal Attributes: Good interpersonal skills, energetic.
