Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Responsibilities and Duties
1)Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
2)Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
3)Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
4)Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Should be a Graduate.
- Should have 0-1 year of experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Kannada and English languages are mandatory.
- Knowledge of any other language (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi) is a plus.
