Job Description
Looking for a top-performing telesales executive. Should be able to demonstrate exceptional communication both in English and Hindi, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
· Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services
· Generating B2B B2C leads for the company.
· Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders.
· Developing in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
· Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Must-Have: Fluent Hindi/English SpeakingMinimum Qualification: Diploma/Bachelors Degree
Salary: 15000-20000pm
Working Hours: Monday-Saturday (9:00 AM-6:00 pm)
