- Contact the customers from the database to inform them about our services.
- Making necessary calls to reach the daily/monthly targets for sales conversion.
- Answer questions about the services or the company.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Requirements:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Ability to converse in both English and Tamil
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Strong listening skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Should be a graduate.
