Since 2010, company also started offering design and development services. This includes a complete spectrum of activities in product development life cycle that is idea generation, requirement gathering to prototype making, testing and manufacturing. Company has so far provided product design services for various sectors which include the Industrial automation, Instrumentation, Automotive, Consumer and Defense sector.

Brainlabs BPO are a part of Brainlabs Group. The group was launched by 3 friends who having distinct domain experience and rich industry knowledge on March 2011. It is an Indian company with a competence of IT enabled a service that incorporates BPO services. Initially the BPO division was seated with just 5 numbers but it has grown to over 50 seats in 2012 itself.
