Job Description
The purpose of the role is to raise awareness about the organization to people over the phone, fix an appointment and visit them face to face and inspire them to contribute funds and become financial supporters.
Responsibility:
- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in Tele Calling/ Tele Facing/ Similar profile in Marketing.
- Be a good team player and a gender sensitive co-worker.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, both in English & Hindi. Knowledge of any other language would be an advantage
- Be willing to travel as per work requirement
- Make presentations over calls and explain about the organization to members of the public through appointments in a clear and interesting way.
- The meet set number and income targets by signing financial supporters for the organization.
- To participate in all the campaigns, fundraising, public engagement, and other activities as per organizational requirements.
- To ensure that all the appointment generated information is properly entered in the sponsorship mandate form and daily call report.
- To ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the organization by him/herself.
- To play an active role in the overall target achievement of the team.
Qualification- Any degree.
Salary: 15,000 to 19,000 per month
