Job Description
- Minimum qualification should be graduate.
- Min 1 -4 years’ of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing process.
- Experienced candidates should be from outbound telecalling background either from retail outbound telesales, collections or retention.
- Must Have excellent communication skills in English.
- fluency in regional language is a must without any traces of colloquial accent and Multi-lingual will be added advantage.
- Willing to work on day shift on rotational basis -WFH / WFO.
- Should have desktop / Laptop / smart phone with 4G Volte Connection with good network and internet stability.
- Basic Excel and Word & Average typing speed.
- Candidates should have good stability in previous job.
- Upsell, verification and lead generation profiles would not be considered.
- Should be openness to stretch on timings and meet targets.
- On roll Job ; Fixed Salary +Incentives - Based on the performance.
- Test Process – Aptitude test (Passing percentage 60%) following with location RHR / Business Manager interview and final round with Business Heads.
