Roles & Responsibilities of Telesales Executive
- Explain the clients - based on product offers/benefits
- promoting the products
- clients follow-up - feedback - emails/phones
- brand promotion of websites
- Maintain register for the same.
- Make sure that the telephone system works smoothly without interruption.
- The operator should not be engaged in unnecessary conversation while sitting on the board.
- Influences clients to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Fixing Appointment to the Marketing Executive with the Clients based on the Clients Availability.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Updating clients Requirements or corrections to the Technical Team.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains quality service by following Company standards.
- Preparing Quotations.
- Updating daily reports.
