Job Description
- Star Health Insurance is seeking Telesales Executives to join its expanding web sales team.
- This is an Inbound/Outbound telesales role that will suit a confident, credible and highly result-oriented individual.
- Generating sale of Health Insurance products against agreed monthly targets
- Negotiate sales closure and guide customers seamlessly through our website to complete fresh transactions
- Identify upsell opportunities and maximize revenue from existing customers
- Responsible for maintaining outbound telesales activity logs and report these with completed sales and leads/prospect progression (pipeline status) to your team leader on daily basis
- Analyse activity to improve future sales performance and effectiveness
- Desired Skills and Experience
- 6 months - 3yrs of Telesales experience preferably in Insurance background
- Should be a strong team player, always working alongside your colleagues in sales and business development to enable effective closure of sales opportunities.
- Should be persuasive, confident and ambitious and will have a polite and friendly manner. Should be highly motivated, have a positive outlook and an ability to think on your feet.
