Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Responsible for generating sales through outbound calls.
· Should have the ability to cold call and identify prospective leads.
· Follow up with potential leads on a daily basis till the sales conversion happens.
· Achieving agreed conversion rate from prospective leads to sales.
· Generate reports with details of conversations had with the customers.
· Maintaining leads and sales report on a daily basis.
· Internal communication with sourcing and procurement team on product stock availability and stock arrival.
· Communicating with dispatch team on order dispatch and delivery status.
